The only thing that distant you from living your purpose and actualizing your goals in Life is only but,the lack of courage to attempt it.Fear and self doubt has kept many potentials untap and made some people to remain stagnant.
Pope John, on one of his teachings said:”Consult not your fears but your hopes and dreams.Think not about your frustrations but about your unfulfilled potential.Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in Life but,with what is still possible for you to do”.
Always communicate with your goals and not the fear that you may encounter living them,nor the numbers of time that you have failed attempting them.Remember,the World today would have not have any object flying on air, talkmore of it being a metal If,the Wright brothers-Wilbur and Oliver,has ever agree with the group of scientist that,said it will be impossible nor,has they fear of what might be their fate on the air.
You cant live your dream while living in fear, Step-out!. - Is there something I have ever wanted to do/achieve/accomplish, such as dancing, singing, writing, or playing a sport?
- Have I been thinking I could improve in any way, such as being kinder politer more assertive
- Are there any physical aspects of myself I could work on, such as losing weight,gaining weight, or building muscle?
Setting goals is an important part of achieving success. Research shows that setting specific goals helps people get what they want. Take advantage of this fact by setting both short and long term goals for yourself.
Set goals for yourself
- Write down a list of everything you want to achieve.
- Check over your list and seriously consider whether or not it is realistic.
- State your goals positively. Instead of “I want to be less worried about my appearance,” write “I want to be confident about my appearance.”
- Be specific. The more specific you are, the easier it will be to define success.
Work toward your goal every day. Once you have confirmed that your goal is achievable and realistic, get to work. Your goal may take time to achieve, but you have to begin somewhere.
